If you’re covered by Allianz OSHC or OVHC, you can access occupational therapy and mental health support through Wise Mind OT- services designed to support your wellbeing while you’re in Australia.

Does Wise Mind OT offer direct billing?

Yes, Wise Mind OT offers direct billing to Allianz OSHC and OVHC members. This means you won’t have to pay the full service fee and wait for reimbursement from Allianz. You will only be required to pay the remaining gap fee.

How much will it cost me?/ What is the gap fee?

The gap fee for your appointment will be $108.80. Payment is required on the day of your appointment.

What will I need for my appointment?

Please bring a valid form of photo ID and your current Allianz Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) or Overseas Visitor Health Cover (OVHC) membership card. If you have any relevant medical or referral documents, it's helpful to bring those too.
