This free online peer supervision group is for early career occupational therapists or those new to working in mental health. The group offers a safe, supportive space to explore clinical challenges, build confidence, and develop professional identity through shared learning and reflection. Whether you are starting in a new model of care, upskilling in a particular therapy framework, wanting to get more confident managing risk, or just seeking clarity in your career… you are in the right place.

Meet Your Group Facilitator
My name is Sherry, and I’m an occupational therapist with a passion for mental health, recovery-oriented practice, and supporting fellow OTs. Since launching Wise Mind OT, I’ve continued to worked across both NDIS and Medicare, and hold a Mental Health Endorsement from Medicare and Occupational Therapy Australia. My calling is to create nurturing spaces where early-career therapists feel supported, empowered, and inspired to grow in their unique practice journey in a sustainable and fulfilling way.
